ABOUT US

We are husband and wife family owned business retired 7 years ago. I am retired from plant work, and my wife is retired from the medical field. We researched the Goliad area and felt there was a need for storage in our area. We have built on family land and hope to bring in extra income to our retirement income. We look forward to serving the community with storage needs. We have plans to expand to the units we have and also add RV and Boat storage if we see the need.

There are 24 - 10x10 units and 4 - 8x20 units

FEATURES

ACCESS

The facility is located behind an electric keypad controlled gate with each tenant provided with their own unique entry number. This provides the tenant 24/7 access to facility while providing a secure entry allowing only authorized person entry onto the grounds and building which is 150 yards from entry point.

CAMERAS

The facility and grounds have 24/7 video recording and monitoring both local and remote which are alarmed.

LIGHTING

The facility is lit 100% at night

STRUCTURE

Cement Floors w/ roll up doors that have full contact seals on bottom. Stalls are 10'x10'10' and have 3" insulated roof and 4-8x20 shipping containers w/ roll up doors

Our unit is a kit that was purchased and then assembled. Not a piece was out of place

Sign Installed

Purchased sign from Sign Worx in Victoria and built the frame ourselves. My son and his dog check plumb.

Open for Business

We opened the last part of 11/2017 and ready to serve the community
